Eight years ago I was not thinking about digital marketing. I was thinking about fragrance. About how a good scent makes someone stop, breathe in, and feel something they cannot explain in words.
I spent those eight years working in perfume sales across India and UAE. I learned how fragrance customers think. What makes them come back. What makes them tell someone else about a brand. And what makes them walk away without buying.
Somewhere along the way I realised that most fragrance brands I came across had one big problem. Their product was good. Sometimes really good. But nobody online could find them. Their digital presence did not match what they had built.
That is what pulled me into digital marketing. Not because I was looking for a new career. But because I saw a real gap and I knew I could help fill it.
